Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to StudioDesk furniture and is granted only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from StudioDesk or an authorized retailer.
The warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects under normal residential use.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper assembly, or improper maintenance.

Proof of purchase is required.
2. 5-Year Limited Structural Warranty
StudioDesk furniture is manufactured using 25 mm and 38 mm MDF / HDF boards, engineered for long-term durability and stability.
All products are:
-
designed using CAD (computer-aided design) systems
-
prototyped and tested for structural integrity
-
manufactured using dowels, metal brackets, and reinforced joints
-
finished using durable matte or high-resistance lacquer systems
Under normal residential use, StudioDesk warrants the structural integrity of the furniture for a period of five (5) years from the original date of delivery.
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in:
-
structural components
-
joints and load-bearing parts
-
manufacturing workmanship
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, StudioDesk will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.
4. What Is NOT Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:
-
damage caused by incorrect or inadequate maintenance
-
damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
-
damage caused by improper or incomplete assembly
-
damage caused by overloading beyond manufacturer recommendations
-
damage caused by sharp objects, impacts, or scratches
-
damage caused by commercial or non-residential use
-
normal wear and tear
-
cosmetic changes that do not affect structural integrity
-
pickup, delivery, or relocation costs related to warranty service
5. Assembly & Use Responsibility
StudioDesk furniture must be assembled strictly according to provided instructions.
StudioDesk is not responsible for:
-
damage caused by incorrect assembly
-
damage caused by modifications or non-approved accessories
-
damage caused by improper use or maintenance
6. Warranty Service & Time Limits
To qualify for warranty service:
-
the defect must be reported within six (6) months from the date it is first noticed
-
proof of purchase must be provided
Within the first six (6) months from delivery, StudioDesk will cover:
-
replacement parts
-
labor
-
transportation between authorized locations and our facility
After six (6) months, StudioDesk may still provide replacement parts, but transportation and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by StudioDesk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
no other express or implied warranties are provided
-
StudioDesk shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
-
liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product or part
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.
