How do I know when my purchased item is arriving?
As soon as your order is shipped You'll receive a tracking code. You can track it all the way. Shipper usually call you to make an appointment prior delivery.
When pre-ordering, do I need to pay in full right away?
Yes. Since you will be ordering incoming stock, paying in full will secure you the unit/item from being sold to others. This way unit is shipped already yours.
Do you sell a B-stock or used desks?
B-Stock items are usually new desks with some cosmetic flaws. You can check the B-stock section on our website for availability. In the USA TB-stock Section can be found here
I am thinking of inserting my iStarUSA D-300-FS 3U Compact Stylish Rackmountable Chassis to an Enterprise Electric desk. How deep can the 3U mount in the middle be?
The Enterprise electric has no limit in lenght for the rack units. So there should be no restrictions as to accessorizing.
May I ask for a replacement for the arm padded rest for Commander V2?
Yes, you can replace it. Please send an email to customerscare@studidesk.net to process the request.
Do you have a pullout keyboard tray for Commander V2?
Yes, there is a pull out keyboard tray for Commander V2 on special request. Please contact our customerscare@studiodesk.net to order Commander V2 in this combination.
For Commander V2, does the rack cabinet fit under the desk with the pullout keyboard tray?
Yes, it does. Please note that we have another Floor rack which do not fit. You can find it here.
Do you have any showroom right now, especially in the UK?
None yet, but hopefully soon.
For Virtuoso Desk, what’s the maximum weight the keyboard can carry? I am planning on using the desk in combination with the Kawai VPC1 which weighs roughly 30kg.
The keyboard on the Virtuoso is placed on the desk itself so a weight of 30kg would not be a problem.
Aside from Commander V2, do you have any other desks that can fit a 32 channel mixer?
For a 32-channel mixer, the surface of the desk has to be pretty big, so we recommend purchasing the Pro Line Series. Make sure to check the dimensions of the mixer and the dimensions of the desk.
How many U’s of rack space does the Xtreme desk have? I am seeing add-ons for 1U and 2U.
The Xtreme desk does not have any rack space by default, but you can add 1U or 2U rack space in the center. Rack rails must be ordered additionally. 2 Rack options can be found here.
Are LED lights already included in the Electric Enterprise set?
Yes. Recently we added RGB LED lighting as a part of the desk.
How is the stability with the weight distribution of your products to the rear?
All our products are designed to carry heavy weights. Shelves holders of the Enterprise and Virtuoso can hold safely up to 16 kg (35 lbs) of speakers. For the keyboard tray can hold safely around 30 kg. Even weight distribution is highly recommended to avoid the pendulum effect. This especially applies to the Sit to Stand desk models.

Does the Enterprise Electric set all have memory presets?
No, it doesn’t – Enterprise Electric has up and down settings only. However, the Memory controller can be ordered separately. Please note that you will have no space to install it in front of the desk. Check the product and recommended installation here.

Am I called by the shipper before delivery?
Yes, you will be called by a carrier a day or two before delivery to determine the time of delivery. However, it might happen that In some instances, you will not be called by UPS in the USA.

What will happen if something is broken in the package?
StudioDesk maintains high-quality check standards in the house. Each part is checked by several persons several times before it is placed into the carton box. Each box is checked several times and it is traceable who checked and packed it. All carton boxes are marked and signed. Carton boxes are placed and delivered on pallets in Carton crates to ensure parts placed inside are delivered to the customer in the same condition as they were shipped. For this reason, you are highly advised not to accept a crate with any visible damage or to open it and if there is visible damage on the carton box from outside, open the box and inspect the parts inside. Once the crate is accepted, all responsibility is on you since once the signature is given to the delivery slip, the carrier considers the shipment delivered without any damages. For this reason, we are asking our customers not to accept the package with visible damages from the outside or to check each part before giving a signature to the carrier. However, if your crate arrived without damage, and you still claim for damages, an investigation will have to take place before the part is exchanged.

What is the best way to choose the right desk for my needs?
Choice highly depends on the gear you are planning to use in your studio. If you have more outboard Rack gear you have to count them and check if the model you are looking at can fit all of them. The number of video screens and speakers is also important.
Check the detailed dimensions in the product gallery inside the shop. Your choice will also be determined by the Keyboard you are using. Some models are limited to the size of the keyboard. You might be a very tool person, so take a look at the height and leg space available on the model you are watching. You can also check the comparison document where you can see all the models and their features in one sheet.
Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit my room?

What is the warranty on the StudioDesk products?
StudioDesk products are covered with 5 years structural warranty on the desk.

Is the desk coming with LED lights?
Some models have LED lights included on others it is optional. Commander V2 Series, Xtreme Series has lights included. Orbit Series has lights included only in the rack modules. RGB LED lights can be ordered separately in our shop.
Can the desk be disassembled in case I have to move?
Yes, the desk can be easily disassembled and assembled many times.
How hard is to assemble the desk and do I need to do it myself?
Yes, you have to assemble your desk with the help of your friend or family member or to hire someone to do it for you. If you are not feeling comfortable to do it your own, we would recommend you to hire someone.

What does Pre-order works and why should I Pre-order?
We ship a container on average every 2 months. As per experience, most of the stock or 80% of it is sold while on the sea. Pre-Order is opened every time we ship the container towards USA.
If you really want to secure some model, we highly recommend to pre-order it or purchasing it the moment you see it in the shop because the same day this situation can be drastically changed.
How can I check if some item is in stock?
Our shop is daily updated with the available stock. If you can place something into the cart, it means that the item you are trying to purchase is in stock unless there is indicated that the item is in PRE-ORDER status. In this case, next to the PRE-ORDER status you will see the estimated time of arrival giving you clear information when this item will be restocked and shipped. Please understand that some delays might occur due to the customs process.
How long does it take from my order to delivery?
Processing time is mainly 48 hours during business days. Orders placed late on Friday will be processed coming week. Once your order is shipped, it takes from 3 – 10 business days for the order to get delivered to your address.
It mostly depends on how far you are from our warehouse. If there is a customs process involved, times might be longer. Please do not dismantle your old desk before you are called by a shipper who makes a delivery appointment. StudioDesk cannot be responsible for your commercial losses caused by delivery delays.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free of charge for orders over 1800 EUR /in continental Europe. Unfortunately, we couldn’t provide the same service in the USA due to the Shipping prices which are up to 4 times higher than in Europe.
The shipping rates are covered during checkout in our shop. Place the item in your cart and head towards checkout. It will be calculated for you once you enter your shipping address. Please note that we are contributing to every shipping at least 50%. What you are paying is just a fraction of the real cost
From where is my order shipped?
We have our warehouses in EU -Slovenia, and the USA – Pennsylvania. European orders are shipped from SLOVENIA while American orders are shipped from Pennsylvania.
Do you offer Installments?
Yes, installments are offered to customers living in the USA over third-party provider Affirm. Just select Affirm as a payment method during checkout. You are also able to use your Credit Card to purchase your order over an instant installment program. For installments with your Credit Card, we are using a third-party provider – Splitit.com
To pay your order with installments up to 6 months, all you have to do is to select Splitit during checkout and follow the procedure.
Where is the desk manufactured?
All our models are proudly made in EUROPE – Slovenia.
What do I do with the wooden crate after delivery?
You will have to take care of the disposal of the wooden crate on your own.
Are the desk parts heavy?
Yes, the parts are heavy but no part weight more than 25 kg. Once you open the crate you will find a carton box with the parts inside so you can easily carry one by one into your house or apartment. For most of the parts, you can do it alone except for the big mainboards which are too big to carry alone. You will be able to enter through the standard door with all the parts.
Do the StudioDesk offer custom designs and jobs?
No, sorry we are not offering any custom designs and jobs.
Is there any place where I can see the products in person?
No, sorry we don’t have any showroom open for the customers.
