By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with all referenced policies.

3. Contract Formation

Placing items in the shopping cart does not constitute a binding offer. A legally binding sales contract is formed only when StudioDesk confirms acceptance of the order and payment has been successfully processed.

StudioDesk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to acceptance, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed including or excluding VAT depending on the customer’s location, as indicated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfer
  • Klarna (where available)

Where Klarna is selected, payment is subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Shipping

Shipping conditions, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to freight logistics, customs procedures, carrier operations, or other factors beyond StudioDesk’s reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders may be cancelled only if the goods have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, the customer must contact customerscare@studiodesk.net in writing as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return & Refund Policy applies.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, StudioDesk reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred in connection with order processing, preparation, or logistics, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

For orders placed using Klarna, cancellation and refund rights are subject to the Return & Refund Policy and Klarna’s applicable terms.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For purchases made using Klarna, specific Klarna return and refund conditions apply as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Product Information & Design Changes

StudioDesk makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

StudioDesk reserves the right to make minor changes to product design, construction, materials, components, finishes, or technical details without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the product’s functionality, intended use, or overall quality.

Minor variations resulting from production updates, material availability, or manufacturing improvements do not constitute defects and are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StudioDesk’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or service purchased through this website is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

StudioDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of use.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, or related systems
  • interfere with or disrupt the website’s operation or security
