Organizing cables can be a real pain. Cable management Spine by StudioDesk is made from light plastic, designed to help you organize your cable lines going from the desk to the floor. Fixing to the desk is with the 3 screws. You will have to drill small holes on the desk to fix it to the desk's mainboard.

When I made my Xtreme Desk purchase, you were out of stock with the cable management part that normally comes with the Xtreme Desk. I was offered the Cable Management Spine and I purchased it. Black was out of stock so I purchased the grey one. It's bulky and awkward. I ended up not using it. Thank you
