A Fantastic Investment

It's incredible how positively this desk has affected my musical life. The beautiful look and feel makes it so enjoyable to work at. The layout allows me to rip through transcribing music with my 88-key keyboard.

I've been achieving new musical goals with my Studio Desk setup!

Outstanding Quality

For creators who care more about their personal inspiration than saving a few pennies StudioDesk is the one. I like added quality and I certainly didn’t expect this desk to feel so opulent and spacious. The pics can’t capture how nice this desk is up close! My Commander V2 feels like a Dream come true. Even though I knew the measurements it still surprised me the Huge size & height. I’m 5/8 so the V2 stands like a sit down/stand up option! The detail to quality is what I liked most..beveled edges, desk top satin smooth, solid construction. The Company stayed in touch through out the purchase delivery process showing excellent service & support. My neighbors even showed up right in time to take away the wood palette. I mostly assembled it alone but did require some assistance lifting & aligning heavier pieces. Very satisfied-Commander V2 is the Truth!

The Desk You Deserve... For Sure!

After using this desk for more than a month, I am finally giving it my review.

Shipping
Honestly, I was surprised to see that it would come in a cardboard box and not in a particle board box like I've seen on some photos. After having been hauled in at least 3 or 4 trucks, the cardboard box was worn and one edge was slightly smushed. I was careful enough to check each and every corner of every furniture board before signing the cmr to find everything intact... well, almost everything. After carrying everything to the 4th floor of apartment block with my friend and going through boxes more thoroughly, I found that my 3U Rack Shelf was somehow bent on one side. No idea how this is even possible since it came in a separate box. Had to use pliers to straighten it. (photos attached).
I believe this should at least be a choice if the customer wants his expensive set of furniture to be shipped in a cardboard box or in a particle board box, even if it means paying extra.

Assembly
This process is very straightforward if you follow the video guide, though I would advice to install RGB lights before you are finished with overall desk assembly. If you have a keyboard pullout version, make sure to install RGB lights on the main board BEFORE installing the pullout keyboard. And yes, you absolutely a second pair (make it two extra pairs when flipping the desk) of hands to assemble the desk. The process is rather fun once you get the hang of it.

General impressions
The desk is spacious, VERY solid, feels sturdy. Oh and did I mention the cable management trays? This is a very neat feature to have that should be a MUST for all desks. I spent 6 months searching for a desk specifically made for a studio and let me tell you - there isn't much to choose from. This is where StudioDesk comes in with Commander V2. This is not your average Ikae desk, the market for these desks is VERY specific. The slogan of StudioDesk definitely lives up to its name - The Desk You Deserve. This is an investment I don't regret making and neither should you. After all, comfortable workspace is what it's all about.
Both before and after photos attached, this workspace is still a WIP, but this should give you a general idea of how much stuff you can fit on the desk.

Final verdict
Worth it? Yes.
Am I glad? Heck yes.
Regrets? None.
Room for StudioDesk's improvement? Yes.

Built like a tank.... but..

Great quality but please be careful with the screws, they are the weakest link in the build. One screw snapped in half while tightening by hand. We managed to screw down another on top of it quarter way on one of the legs and bridging the gap with washers, other than that, love the desk. Also as a side note, if u have a 49inch screen the chances are the legs wont fit on the monitor shelf as seen in my photo :)
